Yorkshire Pudding

  • 4oz Plain Flour
  • 1/2 pint of milk
  • 3 medium eggs or 2 large eggs
  • Place the flour and cracked eggs into a blender.
  • Turn on to a high speed as you slowly add the milk until well mixed.
  • Set the oven temperature at 210°
  • Drizzle a small amount of olive oil into a baking tray
  • Place the tray in the oven until the oil is very hot
  • Remove the tray from the oven, immediately pour the mix into the tray then put back in the oven.
  • Cook for approximately 20 minutes or until the puddings have risen and are a golden colour
  • Serve immediately
